Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Mohsin Naqvi has said that today’s meeting regarding the Champions TrophyChampions Trophy: has been postponed, a decision will be taken in the coming days that will exceed the expectations of the nation, the condition of all the grounds in the country will soon improve.
Talking to the media in Lahore, he said that there was a meeting regarding the Champions Trophy 2025 today, which was postponed, as soon as things are finally decided, everything will be told.
Mohsin Naqvi said that the nation will not be disappointed, everything will be better, decisions will be taken in the coming days that will exceed the expectations of the nation.
He said that he will not talk about any premature conditions at this time, the final talk will be made only after the decisions are approved in the International Cricket Council (ICC) meeting, some things are not based on reality, we are trying to do the best for Pakistan and international cricket.
The PCB Chairman said that discussions are going on at the moment, I will not comment on anything, if the ICC works, then cricket around the world will improve, I hope everything will improve.
He said that land will be purchased in Pakistan where there are no grounds, the condition of the grounds that already exist has to be improved, our focus is on activating the grounds in every city.
Mohsin Naqvi said that everything has to be improved at the domestic level so that we get good players, we want the Peshawar stadium to be ready and the decoration and decoration work of other grounds to be completed so that we can hold matches in those cities where tournaments were not being held.
