Wahab Riaz Set to Take on New Role in Pakistan Cricket Board

LAHORE (Daily Pakistan Online) Former fast bowler Wahab Riaz is set to be given important responsibilities in the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) once again. According to sources, Wahab Riaz is likely to be given the responsibility of overseeing Champions Events.

Wahab Riaz has previously served as a member of the national selection committee and as the senior manager of the Pakistan team. The 39-year-old has taken 83 wickets in Test matches, 120 wickets in One-Day Internationals (ODIs), and 34 wickets in Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is) throughout his international career.

Wahab Riaz has represented Pakistan in 27 Test matches, 91 ODIs, and 36 T20Is. He has also been involved in a verbal spat with Usman Wahla.
