Dog Pack Terror Grips Quetta: Children Trapped, Streets Under Siege

Quetta (Daily Pakistan Online) Quetta residents are facing growing concerns over a surge in stray dog populations, creating a dangerous environment for both children and adults. The presence of packs of stray dogs, particularly in areas like Sariab, Nawkali, Sabzal Road, Bururi, Arbab Karam Khan Road, Jinnah Town, and Bank Colony, has made it increasingly difficult for children to safely commute to school in the morning and for citizens to navigate the streets at night. The situation has worsened with an alarming increase in dog bite incidents, causing fear and anxiety among residents. Reports from Quetta hospitals confirm a rise in the number of people seeking treatment for dog bites.
