Crackdown on Cheating: Punjab CM Orders Complaint Portal

Lahore (Daily Pakistan Online) The Punjab government has launched a complaint portal to ensure a corruption-free examination system for the Education Board, following instructions from the Chief Minister. This online platform enables students, parents, and stakeholders to report any irregularities or malpractices during exams.

Complaints can be lodged electronically through the BISE Examination Complaint Portal, where users can submit their grievances after providing essential information such as name, CNIC number, mobile number, and email. The portal also requires complainants to specify the board, district, examination center, and type of complaint.

Alternatively, parents and students can register their complaints by calling the dedicated helpline numbers. Board officials have assured that strict action will be taken against staff found involved in cheating or other malpractices during examinations.

The complaint portal is a significant step towards promoting transparency and accountability in the examination system. By providing a convenient and accessible channel for reporting irregularities, the government aims to prevent cheating and ensure a fair assessment process.
