Punjab Public Service Commission Revamps PMS Exam: Two-Phase Format to Begin from Dec 15

Lahore (Daily Pakistan Online) The Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) has announced a significant change in the format of the upcoming Provincial Management Service (PMS) written examination. As per the new plan, the exam will be conducted in two phases, as formally approved by the Chairman of PPSC in a recent meeting of the Full Commission.

The first phase of the exam, scheduled to take place on December 15, 2024, will feature a 100 MCQs-based paper on General Knowledge. Only those candidates who successfully clear this phase will be eligible to participate in the second phase, which will comprise the remaining papers. This new format is aimed at streamlining the examination process and ensuring that only the most qualified candidates progress to the next stage.
