Lahore (aily Pakistan Online) Renowned Pakistani actress and wife of Afzal Khan (John Rambo) Sahiba shared personal details about her married life for the first time with viewers.
In an interview with a private TV channel, she discussed her life before and after marriage. The actress revealed that she was somewhat mature and aware of life’s harsh realities even before marriage.
“I had decided to face the challenges that came with marriage, despite being warned that our families were very different and it wouldn’t work out,” she said.
She shared that after marriage, the film industry was declining, and theater was in a worse state. She strictly forbade Afzal from working in theater, which came at a great personal cost.
“I didn’t buy anything new for the house or myself for years. I can say that I worked hard and was patient to build our home, and my husband supported me fully. If my efforts weren’t appreciated, I wouldn’t have done it,” she said.
On the same occasion, renowned host and actress Nadia Khan also shared details about her married life.
“I regretted marrying for a long time, but the most beautiful thing I got from marriage is my children,” she said.
